Buildings & Contents insurance on flood plain – Windsor

My house is on the Flood Plain in Windsor and I thought I would ring around to get some comparisons for Buildings and Contents insurance. In many cases it is difficult to get Home and Contents Insurance if you are on the Flood Plan, or if you can its often rated with higher premiums.

I recently found a company who have reduced my monthly premiums from £78.08 per month to £52.73 per month on a like for like basis. This is a saving of £25.35 per month or a 32% reduction!
